Three People who have done so much wrong in there life and Summoned by the Circle of Eternity, they are punished for their crimes.
Pandora: Like Pandora of Legend, Pandora opened a box that unleashed unspeakable chaos. Sorrowful she was sentenced to an eternity of loneliness, pain and being told she was evil. She spent centuries in shame and isolation, only to return to break her curse.
The Phantom Stranger: Originally Judas Iscariot (yes the one who betrayed Jesus) Judas was remorseful for what he has done, but was sentenced to walk to the earth for all eternity, helping others and to redeem his actions.
The Question: A man of unknown identity, he has showed no sorrow or remorse for his actions. As a result he is forced to roam the earth faceless, not knowing who he is. He searches for he was in his past life (While he's not the Question from the pre-DC 52 or JLU, he's still pretty cool)
