Happy New Year to all I hope you are all doing well. 2021 was a mixed year for me. On one hand I finally was able to get more of my art out there, I finally made some more friends and I finally found a steady job for me with me working at a gym. But at the same time my grandmother died and I was so stressed out that I had to take a long break but now that the new year is upon us I guess it's time to tell you about my plans.

1. Team Harmony: So sadly the Team Harmony comic will be on hiatus for another year. I'm truly sorry for this but I really want a little more time promoting the series, getting people to know the characters and work on my style so it can improve over time. That being said though there will be a ton of Team Harmony artwork this year as even though it's been almost a decade the spark for the series has not died out in me. That being said though it does lead me to my second point

2. YouTube: So I'm planning on retiring from YouTube. Not right now, but either sometime at the end of 2022 or 2023 I'm going to finally hang up my YouTube career. It was nice while it lasted but I feel like I'm not getting a lot notice there and plus I really want to spend more time on Team Harmony and my art. However that being said before I retire I want to give out at least some of my best work that I can leave some kind of impact. Then again depending on how things go I might reconsider but we'll see. So yeah expect the next year or two for me to bring out some banging content.

And that's all I have for now. Usually I would have more but honestly as things become more steady and I get to my goals I really don't have much to promise. So to all I say Happy New Year and let's see how 2022 goes.

Hello everyone how are you all doing today? Well it's that time again. Time for the Mid Year Update where I tell you my plans where usually nine times out of ten I usually don't fufil my promises but hey let's see where things go. Let's get this out of the way first,

1. Personal Stuff so I'm slowly starting to recover from the grief I had when my grandmother died and burnout that I suffered in April. After a much needed break and taking my time in working on some art pieces things are truly starting to get back on track. That being said I'm currently working on some stuff in my personal life. You know working on my physcal and mental health. Now that things are finally beginning to open up I have to deal with finding work, going back to school and reconnecting with family and all the stuff that I missed out in 2020. So yeah things are gonna be a bit hectic but I still have to focus on my future. Usually I would save the personal stuff for last but the reason why it's first is to segue to this.

2.Artwork and Team Harmony: So as you know for the month of June for almost everyday I've been submitting my art non stop and has actually managed to increase my following on here a bit so I'll admit that was a bit jarring. That being said while I wasn't able to draw everything I wanted I at least was able to do enough to expand my portfolio. Which leads me to passion project Team Harmony. For those that don't know as you just started to watch me I have been working on this webcomic series called "Team Harmony". Originally a My little Pony humanized fancomic (Because shut up) it eventually evolved into something much bigger. Team Harmony tells the story of six girls from different backgrounds coming together by a queen of a different world where they gain magical powers to stop an unstoppable evil all the while facing the problems in their personal life. Yes it is like if Sailor Moon were to meet Power Rangers, all the while dealing with the real world topics. In fact if you want to read the series or learn more you can have all the info here.

And yes I had some help with Cloudcuckooman writing the dialogue for the first few issues and Mikaek helping me with...well a lot of stuff that I can't really say at the moment due to how vast it is. SO yeah go check it out which leads me to my next point. Team Harmony will be going on hiatus! Now before you all scream with terror and shock let me just explain. I'm not cancelling Team Harmony. Far from it. It's just that writing a bi monthly comic can be a major pain in the ass and at first it was great but then eventually it all came to catch up with me and well, it led to my burnout along with the other things I was juggling. So does that mean you won't be seeing any Team Harmony content? Quite the opposite actually. You're going to see a ton of Team Harmony artwork dealing fights, regular scenes, more work on the characters. Just things to help expand their world. The reason for this is because I want to promote the series. I want people to get to know these characters and be excited when the next chapter comes out. It's an equivalent exchange, you get more Team Harmony content but not the content. Which also means I'm putting my Cyborg Soldiers (New title for my Cyborg 009 project) and that Disillusionment (That 60s war stories project) stuff on hold but they can wait which leads me to my next point.

3. Youtube Hiatus: That's right I'm taking a break from Youtube. So as you all know for awhile I was mainly focusing on Youtube instead of my art and I was doing youtube videos once every two weeks. Again worked out find for me but like the bi monthly Team Harmony thing it really started to catch up and screw me over. Not to mention I was having doubts as yotuber as I felt like not many people liked my stuff because I'm a guy who does a wide variety of things. Especially with me thinking about the Youtube algorithm which is bullshit by the way and with so many ideas and things I wanted to do I just cracked. So I decided to take a break and try to figure things out. I hope to be back by 2022 but as of now I need to figure out where to take my youtube career. Also and this can count for the Team Harmony but I'm going to stop giving myself deadlines, when a video will come out when it's done. This will also allow me to take my time to work on videos and not rush them out just to fill a quota. I know youtube encourages that but as someone who values creativity that's just not for me. Now I'm not fully going to stop doing youtube, a few videos such as comic dubs and not to mention I'm doing collaborations with friends of mine so I still have a presence there. But yeah you won't be seeing videos from me for a while

Hey everyone I want to say I'm sorry for not posting as much as I could. So this month was supposed to be the update for the new chapter of Team Harmony, but a lot of stuff has been happening in my life. For starters my grandmother died last week and I'm still working through that and now I just realized that I'm going through burning out as not only am I trying to work on Team Harmony but promote Team Harmony along with drawing art for that, working on my regular drawings, work on my YouTube videos, keep my mental and physical health in check, and try to balance out my life. Seems like it's finally caught up to me. Personally I thought by buying a new tablet I could use digital art to help speed up the process and make things easier for me but because I am so inexperience in that field I feel like I am back to square one. So in short as much as I like giving a deadline the new chapter of Team Harmony, It will come out whenever I get the chance. Don't worry it will still come but I just need a rest. The same with YouTube. I will still be doing videos but as of now I just need a break. I have a bad habit of putting too much stuff on my plate and in the end it always blows up in my face. I guess you could say I'm jealous of my peers both in the art and YouTube community. People who can upload stuff on a regular basis and me a guy who's trying can barely keep up. Not to mention I feel like my work amounts to nothing. I honestly hate that I am so slow compared to everyone else! It's so frustrating. But yeah I need some time off. So I'm going to go on a little hiatus. I hope you all can understand this and hopefully then I can have the energy to work on my stuff.

Happy New Year to all! 2020 was sure something. I won't talk about 2020 since everyone and their mother already did so I won't go into too much. But I'll say 2020 while shit in some areas, as in the pandemic and the fact I almost lost my uncle to the Coronavirus, 2020 was actually a good year for me artistically and socially with me improving on my art and finally getting Team Harmony to come out on a regular basis. I became a licensed autism peer specialist which sadly I couldn't get the job in the field due to Covid. I got out of an abusive and toxic friendship and in the end met some great people. My Youtube channel managed to obtain over 2000 subscribers with me actually having my videos coming out a regular basis. So yeah 2020 has had it's ups and so many downs, but at least I'm still around. So what's the plan for 2021?

1. Youtube: I apologize if I haven't been linking my videos on here lately it's just due to deviantart's new layout it's hard for visitors to see my vids. But I will start linking them on my journal and maybe just maybe start posting the thumbnails of my videos on here, depending how things go. But I'll definitely be taking the month of January off from making videos in order to get my stuff in order. And I'll upload on an update video explaining the future of the channel but just expect more or less the same stuff. Reviews, history and other random stuff. 2. Team Harmony: 2020 has been a great year for Team Harmony. A huge thanks to Mikaek who's passion and love for the series help not only push me to doing more with it but also with his help, we managed to get a crap ton of stories that I cannot wait to get done. So the bimonthly Team Harmony chapters have been perfect and so far I'm going to see that. So unless something happens in my personal life expect a new chapter every two months. Now then you'll be seeing a lot more Team Harmony stuff with me just promoting the series more as time goes on. We had a good start, but there is ALOT of work that needs to be done. Again if you have not read Team Harmony you can start here!

3. Artwork: So I'm going to try my best to do as much non-Team Harmony projects as I can. Don't get me wrong I love Team Harmony but I love to do other stuff as well. I wanna make a return to Cyborg 009. Not as a comic but just drawing scenes and characters and showing off the direction I wanted to take the series before I had to abruptly cancel it due to Team Harmony taking up most of my time. And I had this idea for an anthology series set in the 1960s where it would focus on 10 different soldiers from the various conflicts during the era (I won't just be focusing on Vietnam) And drawing other pics as well since I did start off by drawing a wide variety of things. Speaking of which

4. Tenth Anniversary: 2020 marked the ten year anniversary of me being on deviantart! I cannot believe it's been ten years already. Despite how much poor reputation this website gets..and it does deserve it, deviantart has actually helped me improve and get better as an artist. And I've seen a ton of artist come and go, and yet I'm still here. And I have seen this website change and trust me the newest change with Eclipse being mandatory is the worse one. Look I've gotten used to the new layout but I still hate it and the old one was so much better. But dA exects down listen to their users so we're stuck with this until they decide to change it again. But despite all that I've been on this website for a decade and I'll be on for another decade.
